Warning: we create non-touristy small boutique group tours!
Our wine & Mezcal tours, are nothing you can find on google, TripAdvisor, or from any travel agency. Our tours are based on personal relationships we have built since 2003 at our restaurant. We use and support small independent family-run producers that extend their hospitality and gratitude to us and we take you along for the experience.

Can you picture yourself in the vineyard? Traveling to Italy, eating amazing authentic food, drinking world-class wine in Tuscany overlooking mountain vineyards, walking the narrow streets in a 1000-year-old medieval city, greeted by the winery owner, making memories that will last a lifetime.
Or eating Lobsters on the beach before entering Mexico's famed Valle de Guadalupe Wine Region. with over 140 different varietals and 200 wineries it truly the most interesting wine region in the world.
Or how about headed a little north to a region that that has mastered Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It's nicknamed the American Riveria and is home to the movie Sideways.
Or drinking world-class "Champagne" while watching the sun set over Seneca Lake.
If so... keep reading!

Are you ready to travel with us to...
Hi, this is Jamie and Marcus Guiliano, welcome to our website!
"....we use the relationships that we have built with the wineries (from our restaurant) since 2003 to create the most amazing experience for you."
We have something really special to share with you.
We know how hard it is to plan a trip that's why a lot of people prefer group trips. The downfall of that is it's usually a cookie-cutter trip that includes tourist traps. Most people that do one of those trips won't book again. Our trips are totally different! |
We are assuming you like to travel and you like wine. First off we want to thank you for landing here. And let you know that we host boutique wine tours in some of the best vineyard destinations. But no one else does trips like us.
And here is why... We own a restaurant that is extremely farm-to-table. We must know where all of our ingredients come from, including our bar! And the best way to know what we are serving is to travel to the source. Yes, travel to the farms and vineyards. Lots of our fans started asking us to take them away when we go. In 2017 we listened! We formed VIP Winery Vacations to provide a red carpet experience for our guests at wineries. See there is a secret in the winery world. Industry professionals get the VIP treatment. It's a courtesy thing. And it's also a thank you for us buying a lot of their wine. We set out to create the VIP industry experience for non-industry people. The deal is you have to travel with us in small groups, stay at amazing hotels, eat fantastic food, and go places others don't have access to. We take you to our friend's wineries all over Italy, New York, Spain, and Valle de Guadalupe Mexico. Each winery undergoes a process to be selected for our tours. First, they have to make good wine, we have to like them and they need to be able to provide an authentic experience when we visit them. Some wineries make it to the last step and then we have to eliminate them, unfortunately. You can tell a lot when you visit them. We are on a mission to support the real food and beverage process based on relationships and quality. Come be a VIP with us! |

“I've been on very expensive wine trips that charge a lot of money,
and this trip has just topped it at half the cost”

Now we want to show you all the best spots in Italy, avoid tourist traps, take the planning off your plate, make it a stress-free experience of a lifetime.
