Warning: we create non-touristy small boutique group tours!
Our wine & Mezcal tours, are nothing you can find on google, TripAdvisor, or from any travel agency. Our tours are based on personal relationships we have built since 2003 at our restaurant. We use and support small independent family-run producers that extend their hospitality and gratitude to us and we take you along for the experience.

Imagine yourself standing among the lush vineyards, the sun casting a golden glow over the rolling hills of Italy. You’re not just visiting Tuscany—you’re living it. Savoring authentic, farm-to-table dishes, sipping on world-class wines while gazing over mountain vineyards, and strolling the narrow, cobblestone streets of a thousand-year-old medieval city. You’ll be greeted personally by the winery owners, whose passion for their craft spans generations, turning your trip into an unforgettable memory.
Now picture yourself in France, winding through the picturesque countryside of Champagne. You’ll meet small, family-run Champagne producers who have been perfecting their craft for generations in their own homes. Walk the cool, historic caves beneath the earth where these exquisite bottles of Champagne age, and feel the history in every step. As you raise a glass and toast to life, the beauty of the French landscape stretches before you, creating moments you'll cherish forever.
Or imagine savoring fresh lobster on a secluded beach before embarking on a journey through Mexico’s famed Valle de Guadalupe Wine Region. With over 140 grape varietals and 200 wineries, it’s a region that redefines wine exploration, offering you the most intriguing and unexpected tastes in the world.
Craving a bit of adventure closer to home? Head north to a place where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay reign supreme. Known as the American Riviera, this region—immortalized in the movie Sideways—is where passion for wine meets coastal beauty.
Finally, picture yourself sipping world-class Riesling, Cabernet Franc and "Champagne" while the sun sets over Seneca Lake, one of the most serene wine regions in the U.S.
If this feels like your dream, keep reading—because these are the journeys where life’s best stories begin.

Hi, this is Jamie and Chef Marcus Guiliano, welcome to our passion of wine, Tequila/Mezcal, culture, gastronomy, travel and life long memories!
"....we use the relationships that we have built with the wineries (from our restaurant) since 2003 to create the most amazing experience for you."
We have something really special to share with you.
We know how hard it is to plan a trip that's why a lot of people prefer group trips. The downfall of that is it's usually a cookie-cutter trip that includes tourist traps. Most people that do one of those trips won't book again. Our trips are totally different! |
We are assuming you like to travel and you like wine. First off we want to thank you for landing here. And let you know that we host boutique wine tours in some of the best vineyard destinations. But no one else does trips like us.
And here is why... We own a restaurant that is extremely farm-to-table. We must know where all of our ingredients come from, including our bar! And the best way to know what we are serving is to travel to the source. Yes, travel to the farms and vineyards. Lots of our fans started asking us to take them away when we go. In 2017 we listened! We formed VIP Winery Vacations to provide a red carpet experience for our guests at wineries. See there is a secret in the winery world. Industry professionals get the VIP treatment. It's a courtesy thing. And it's also a thank you for us buying a lot of their wine. We set out to create the VIP industry experience for non-industry people. The deal is you have to travel with us in small groups, stay at amazing hotels, eat fantastic food, and go places others don't have access to. We take you to our friend's wineries all over Italy, New York, Spain, and Valle de Guadalupe Mexico. Each winery undergoes a process to be selected for our tours. First, they have to make good wine, we have to like them and they need to be able to provide an authentic experience when we visit them. Some wineries make it to the last step and then we have to eliminate them, unfortunately. You can tell a lot when you visit them. We are on a mission to support the real food and beverage process based on relationships and quality. Come be a VIP with us! |

and this trip has just topped it at half the cost”

We have been traveling to Italy since 1997 and building relationships with small family Italian vineyards since opening Aroma Thyme in 2003. Vineyards that pour eight generations of passion into the earth, vine & bottle.
Now we want to show you all the best spots in Italy, avoid tourist traps, take the planning off your plate, make it a stress-free experience of a lifetime.
